Electroweak cosmological domain boundaries and Josephson effect

Abstract

We formulate the conditions at the boundaries of cosmic domain walls under the condition that these are understood as resistive boundaries between two superconducting vacua. This becomes possible during the electro-weak transition when the vacuum Higgs field decouples from weak interaction at about one second after the big bang. Any voltage present at the domain wall generated in phase transition would then generate a typical Josephson oscillation.
