The Heraeus Foundation proudly announces a 3-day workshop on “Density, Temperature and Elastic Constants of Earth's mantle” to be held next to Schloss Linderhof near Garmisch-Partenkirchen from September 12-16, 2007. Following last year’s very successful one-day workshop in Schloß Nymphenburg, Munich, this workshop will provide the setting for lively discussions surrounding keynote lectures from mineral physics, geodynamics and seismology.
